Since posting, I have learned that this originally came in a tool kit. Thanks to teddyk for the information! https://i.postimg.cc/52XwbbVT/Vt7f-OK2f-o-1.jpg

Kurt Shaffenberger. [Kurt Schaffenberger succeeded Jim Mooney as the artist on the 'Supergirl' feature. In addition, he worked on titles for other company's, such as ACG's 'Adventures into the Unknown', Major Magazines' Cracked and romance titles by Harvey and Marvel. In the meantime, he did a lot of advertising and promotional comics (toy ads, McDonalds, etc.)] https://www.lambiek.net/artists/s/schaffenberger_kurt.htm

I'm forever adding that "c" in his name. I write so many German names with "Sch" that I just forget about his not having a "c.". -Eric

I admit I didn't pay much attention to DC artists in those days, but Shaffenberger was one who really stood out. And I actually had a Handy Andy tool set.
