Edgar Allen Poe's 'the man of the crowd'? Don't know that one. Caesar Lopez Quite good artist. Also doesn't show in Lambiak. Neither does CARDOVA. Both these guys have quite a bit of work herein. Also this has some early Gene Day pages.

I'm always interested in international (i.e., not resident in the USA) artists who contributed to U.S. comics/comic magazines. Although this practice apparently dates back to the Forties, it seemed to become more common in the later Sixties and into the Seventies. The Philippines was one big source of these artists and I wonder if some are on display here.

"Sostres" is Ferran Sostres, a Barcelona-based artist who did a lot of work for the UK market in the 60s. He apparently ran a studio. Maybe the others you jame were part of his shop.
