This comicbook contains - as far as I know -the first appearance of a Golem in a comic ever - and it is quite interesting that it is linked to the Holocaust...

Also note that the Golem story is an early work by Joe Kubert, and shows signs of the style that would become a Kubert signature. Each of the four issues of Interfaith's Challenger had Kubert stories.
